如果我没有被MAT项目录取怎么办?  

Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements and are not admitted will continue their undergraduate degree during the fourth year. 学生 who follow the accelerated plan will be on track to complete the bachelor's degree in this final year and you should work closely with your success coach to create a plan for the fourth year if not admitted to the MAT program. 学生 are encouraged to re-apply after the fourth year as a 4+2 student if they subsequently meet the minimum requirements.

As a prospective student of North Central's Athletic Training Program your admission depends on the successful completion of the following:

先决条件要求

申请过程

1. 开始您的《立博体育平台》申请: 所有申请人通过在线申请服务《立博体育平台》在线申请.  在完成申请流程之前，请查看所有《立博体育平台》和立博在线体育的具体说明.
2. 向《立博体育平台》提交以下文件:
   • Verification of completion of a minimum of 25 observation hours under the supervision of one or more certified athletic trainers.  下载观察表格 并上传到您的《立博体育平台》应用程序.  
   • 专业的简历
   • 所就读院校的正式成绩单. 一个获得, 入学前必须获得地区认可的学院或大学的四年制学士学位. 
   • Letters of Reference; one from a healthcare provider.

技术标准

It is the responsibility of the student to schedule the examination and obtain this signature prior to the beginning of their first term in the program. The “技术标准 for Admission to the Athletic Training Program” form must be signed by both the applicant and the physician completing the physical examination and submitted to the Program Director. 如果满足技术标准的能力发生变化，学生有责任通知项目主任.

免疫接种
